Luis Moreno, C.E.O. & Founder
Luis grew up surrounded by the world of transportation through his father’s trucking company , which sparked his passion for logistics and international trade from an early age. An Industrial Engineer with studies in International Commerce, he combines a strong academic background with a strategic vision to lead in a constantly evolving industry. In 2015, he founded Moreno International Logistics Inc. turning his vision into a company recognized for its excellence, innovation, and personalized service.
Fluent in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish, Luis builds strong relationships with clients and partners around the globe. Outside of work, he is passionate about soccer and golf, sports that reflect his competitive spirit, teamwork mindset, and determination to achieve every goal
Carolina Bravo
Carolina is the Finance and Sales Administrative Manager, responsible for supporting the company’s sales across all regions and managing financial operations such as invoicing, payments, and account coordination.Originally trained as a lawyer in her home country, she brings strong analytical and organizational skills to her role.
Fluent in Spanish and English, she is highly sociable and always ready to collaborate and take the lead when needed, ensuring that the team achieves its goals together. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and staying active through sports such as tennis, which help her maintain balance and bring energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.
Wayne
Wayne is responsible for leading the Sales Department, preparing client quotations, and ensuring strong customer relationships. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his role.
Passionate about hockey, he dedicates part of his free time to coaching a children’s team, showing his commitment not only to the sport but also to his community. His leadership, dedication, and enthusiasm make him a valuable asset both inside and outside the workplace.
Pascale
With over 20 years of experience in the global freight and logistics industry, she is a seasoned professional known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to operational excellence. Her career spans air, sea, and ground freight, where she has consistently delivered seamless international shipping solutions while navigating complex regulatory environments with precision.
Fluent in French and English, and functional in Spanish, she communicates effortlessly across borders, building strong relationships and ensuring clarity in every transaction. Her multilingual skills have been instrumental in bridging cultural gaps and enhancing collaboration in diverse global teams.
Outside of work, she thrives in the outdoors—whether hiking, cycling, or simply soaking in nature’s rhythm. She believes that daily exercise is essential not just for physical health, but for maintaining mental sharpness and peak productivity. This philosophy fuels her dynamic work ethic and sharp decision-making in high-pressure environments.
Terri Park-Carrier
Terri Park-Carrier leads the Air Freight division with over two decades of hands-on experience across the logistics spectrum. Her career spans multiple sectors including Over-the-Road transport, Ocean Freight, Finance, Safety & Compliance, and Customs, but her true expertise lies in Air Freight, particularly the handling of dangerous goods.
Terri holds a current IATA Dangerous Goods certification and is highly specialized in the transport of lithium batteries. Her deep knowledge and precision make her an invaluable asset for clients navigating the complexities of international freight. From flight arrangements to trucking, warehousing, and customs clearance, Terri manages every detail of the shipment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free experience.
In addition to her logistics leadership, Terri serves as the in-house Safety and Compliance Specialist. She completed an intensive trucking compliance training program in 2021 and rigorously vets all carriers for insurance, safety ratings, and operating authority. Her diligence provides clients with peace of mind, knowing their cargo is in safe and compliant hands.
